W.O.D.'S that need to be posted!

Ok I need to post a bunch of wod's (workout of the day) stats so that I can keep myself intuned with my progression, however slight it may be!

June 30/06 did "Cindy" (all crossfit workouts are named after chicks, which are named after hurricanes because of the violent force of the workout!)
did my CFWU (crossfit warmup)
did 9 rounds of Cindy (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats) in 20 mins. felt like meeting pukie the clown (aka throw up)

July 15th, 2006 -big gap I know but I have been working out at school so what up with that!
did:
ran 800m (the driveway at my cottage, ton-o-hills)
100 situps, navy style
100 goodmornings, which were my sub for back extensions
ran 800m (the driveway, but took my dog Zoey with me, she made it more challenging and kept trying to run into the woods or chase squirrels!)
Total time: 30min

July 17/06
Did "Fran"
CFWU, 2X10
3 rounds of 21,15,9 REPS of 35 lb. (70lb total) dumbbell thrusters followed by pullups on gravitron with 60 lb assist. Reversed between under hand and overhand grip on pullups.
Time 15 mins.
another pukie the clown day, almost

July 19, 06.
ran 5km loop on treadmill.
1% incline, level 5 then level 6 halfway through
31 min time to complete.

July 24/06.
ran riverside trail up and around 401 hill (then walked for 1min) and back to my hiz-ouse.
I think its about 5km, took me 27 min.

July 25/06.
had a 5km run test today in fitness class. I sucked ass at running as always. It took me 27 min and 33 secs, which scored me an unimpressive 6/10. One guy in class did it in 20 min. he is in a bit better shape than me or doesn't have the molson muscle around his waist that I do.

Okay internet I know that was an exciting post, but now I am up to date on my WOD's!

Those are some intense workouts Farva...I hope you are supplementing them with some Mooseheads from time to time.
